Bio-chemistry is a part of science
that deals with the chemical processes of living organisms. Biochemistry is the
study of structure and functions of cellular mechanisms such as proteins,
nucleic acids, carbohydrates and other biomolecules concerned with biological
processes such as heredity, metabolism and growth reproduction. A person who is
specialized in this field is called as a biochemist. Biochemistry offers

programs in biochemistry they can be employed as research analysts for
biochemical experimentation such as in food science dept, zoology lab, hormone
production, plant science dept, vaccine research, immunology or virology.
